What if the coordinates of where each place the QR codes were/are could explain the Liber Primus, I know it sounds to easy but maybe its supposed to be easy. Also just to explain what I mean, what if the coordinates triangulate, like how you pinpoint an earthquake or what if they lead to a specific coordinate. Right now I'm just speculating but everyone is in such deep thought about Cicada that they leave things out because their open minds are now closed by certain parts of Cicada. maybe Cicada 3301's trick is more psychological then we think and less technological?
(Edit)Also I believe the beat in the song(The Instar Emergence)that starts about half way through may be Morse code for something or a sound cipher. Someone may have already checked or I may be hearing things, but its something.
