Intro
Cicada 3301 has used multiple emails in past puzzle steps, namely:
- c99194853094755497@gmail.com
- c1231507051321@gmail.com
While for years we have known about their twitter account @1231507051321, solvers were curious to see if they had any other Twitter accounts associated with previously used emails. There are a few ways to go about this, but the least invasive was to attempt to make a new account using the above emails. As we can see here, both of these emails are already associated with an account. There is a third email in that gallery, which I will get to in a minute.
Through an "extensive search"(the details of which are unknown to the author of this article), two additional handles were identified as possibly belonging to 3301:
To verify that they are connected to 3301, we must do something more invasive. As a note, we do not endorse or condone attempting to enter ANY account on ANY platform that does not belong to you, nor do we endorse or condone attempting to doxx 3301. Doing so will result in being permabanned from all aspects of the solving community and being publicly humiliated. The verification method outlined below was used merely to confirm that the emails are associated with the twitter accounts. I did it for this article so you don't have to.
Verifying
When you click "Forgot Password?" on the sign in page, you are prompted to enter an email address associated with the account. Inputting c99194853094755497@gmail.com, you are prompted to verify the account username. For this email, when you input the username 3409933, it prompts you to select an email to send the password reset link to. The email is mostly censored, but we can assume it is c99194853094755497@gmail.com. Since this is enough to reasonably assume the Twitter account @3409933 belongs to cicada, this is where we stop and move on to the other account.
To verify the Twitter account @991948530947554, we follow the same steps above. Inputting the email c1231507051321@gmail.com with the username 991948530947554, this is the email it prompts you to select for password reset(Note: author could not independently verify this, this is a screenshot from a now deleted user on the discord. Shoot @ctvrty a message on discord 1/9/2025 to remind me to try again).
What about c3301@safe-mail.net?
The third email in the gallery linked above used to be one of the recovery emails for the twitter account @1231507051321. Despite being partially censored, solvers were able to work out the full email address to be c3301@safe-mail.net. When doing the verification steps above with c3301@safe-mail.net and the username 1231507051321, it prompts you to choose an email to send the password recovery link to. Previously, it displayed censored versions of c3301@safe-mail.net AND c1231507051321@gmail.com, but now it only displays c1231507051321@gmail.com as an option regardless of which email you use as input.
Account Contents
Neither of these accounts are following anybody, just like @1231507051321. The account @3409933 was created July 27, 2012, while @991948530947554 was created July 11, 2014. @3409933 has no tweets, whereas @991948530947554 has one. The contents are as follows:

These are Fibonacci primes. If you look carefully, you will notice the last number in the sequence is 99194853094755497, which is the same number that is in the display name. This is the only known Cyclops-Fibonacci prime. The numbers in this sequence are also Fibonacci numbers whose sum of proper divisors are also Fibonacci numbers. Unlike the other accounts, the display name is different from the username. This is because Twitter imposes a 15 character limit on usernames. This is also the only account with anything in the bio:

This number is the 1,221st prime.
Another interesting fact is that by multiplying 3301 by 1033, you arrive at the number 3409933, one of their usernames.
Conclusions
It is unclear if this information will be useful in current or future solving efforts. Since the removal of the Pastebin search feature, our main source of potential communication from 3301 was their Twitter account @1231507051321. Now we have two additional accounts to monitor, some more goofy numbers, and a little more hope. But that's about it.
